    Hello,

Just looking for some advice on attic insulation. Recently moved into a house with converted attic and looking to boost the insulation for the top bedroom which can get a bit chilly.

Room has low walls either side with are open to the attic space on other side:

Trying to figure out best option for putting insulation here.

One option was to use either roll or slab insulation with a vapor barrier. Or use an insulation board and use either expanding foam or tape to seal gaps between posts.

any pointers or help appreciated. Cheers
