I didn't see it specifically mentioned, so probably means that it'll expire on 31 Dec 2023

The SEAI grants weren't mentioned either so I think we'll need to wait for an announcement from Dep of Transport as to how they are allocating their budget. I'd presume there will be an announcement on it shortly as 31 Dec isn't that far away.
