Issue with hob (gas) if multiple rings in use

Hi, have a belling hob, for months had no problems but when I last changed the cylinder I’ve had this weird problem where the rings are firing super super low or if they fire normally I can only use the one!! pics attached to show what i mean. It’s like the gas supply is constricted somehow?

Have you tried another cylinder of gas. it may be a faulty valve on the top of the cylinder.

Maybe even detach and reattach the regulator to see if it helps.
