Recommendation for childs Dentist/Orthodontist

Looking for a dentist for a 4 year old's first visit in Limerick, Cork, Galway. Willing to travel.

Its likely that onward referral to a orthodontist will be needed in future due to a recessed jaw. That being said there are also dentists that use appliances on under 6 year old's to expand the jaw, which would theoretically lessen the treatment required in future. Although I'm not sure if this is actually recommended by orthodontists.

I want to make sure we're putting the kid on the right path from the get-go.

Someone might have been through this before and hoping someone can advise? Any info is appreciated.
