I read old forums on here talking about pyrite in these houses and was wondering if these were resolved?

What's the neighbourhood like etc. and any info you can give me!

    Thanks

I had a house in rybridge close and most of the houses in there had pyrite.

the builders garentee home bond or something paid for the full cost of works to get the house fixed. Everything from removal and storage of household furniture to 16 weeks rent for another place to live. the builder also didnt chicken out and go bust, he was still buiding in that estate when i left.
