I'd like to ask about BREEAM and LEED certification regarding points and credits related to the air tightness test, and I'd like to know if you can enlighten me on the following points:

    - Is it necessary to have the N50 and Q4Pa_surf air change rate values, or is it sufficient to carry out the air tightness test (blower door test) independently of the value?

    - If the N50 value is required, what are the admissible values for N50 air exchange rates in the case of a hotel for the BREEAM and LEED Certification?
