Noise Mapping in Galway City

Anybody know what dept, specific person in the City Council who did the measurements for the following map? Now that we have speed limit increases on the N6 (from 50kmph --> 80kmph ) and N59 (from 50kmph --> 60kmph ) - wonder when we can get an updated Noise mapping map to show the increased noise levels?
