PTO-Torque Problem under load (Same Laser 100)

Hello Sirs i have a Same Laser 100 DT (1987), and my PTO works and PTO-lever works fine when no real power at the Winch (forest) is needed. When I m going to pull a larger load - the PTO stopps turning at a certain torque.. smaller wooden sticks are no problem for my winch and the PTO … but under bigger needed Torque it…

Could a polluted pto-oil filter also be a reason for this ? Or is it the clutch pack itself with this discription above.. or other possible things to check before to split the Tractor ?
(Have no problems with stopping the PTO/Brake band etc.)
