landdirect - Folio not shown

Hi - I own an apartment in Clayfarm , Dublin 18 bought 2.5 years back. I am looking at landdirect.ie, and see the folio is available for all apartments in my building except 3-4 apartments. How long does it take for the folios to be updated? Some applications are pending on the folio - not sure what is pending here for whom

Do you have the Eircode, entering that when searching usually brings up the associated folio.

I can check those applications if you wish.
The ones showing as mapped are at final stage before folio is produced.
