    Thank you both. Hickeys closed a couple of years ago and is now a discount Chemists, unfortunately. Finding a haberdashery would be the challenge. I should have really resorted to gugle or equivalent. Home Focus for the win. grma

    Ah I hadn't realised! I think the one in Blanchardstown is still going, if that's any good to you. I think all the Home Focus stores still carry some fabrics, and just rebranded in a way from Hickey's.
