Linking acc to PayPal

    In order to transfer my PayPal balance to my current account I need to link them. When I try to add my Iban to PayPal the same error message appears "this instrument is marked as bad"


    I can only assume that at some point I blocked PayPal or something similar. If this is the case how can i undo it. Or what else might be causing this.

    Can you help with fixing it please
