Hi there,
Just wondering if anybody knows the timeframes that OpenEir works on to update their fibre connection maps?
About to move into a new build development in North Cork county and the builder has confirmed that the fibre to the manholes was completed 4 weeks ago.
However when I ring the likes of Eir, PURE, Sky etc. they say they see nothing on their internal systems with regards to any broadband availability to our Eircode.
Also on the OpenEir map it is still showing as no available broadband to the address.
Does anyone know if they update on a quarterly schedule maybe?
Hoping to get the broadband sorted before we move in in 3 weeks due to work commitments…
Any and all insights is greatly appreciated.
