Flight Delay Shannon to REUS

    Hi

was on a Ryanair Flight from Shannon to REUS recently that was delayed/cancelled , due to Technical issues on the plane. Over 5 hours after our original flight was supposed to take off an alternative flight( a different plane from malaga) was provided that flew us from Shannon to Barcelona Airport and we were then bussed from Barcelona Airport to REUS Airport which took another 1.5 hrs, excluding waiting time for the BUS to arrive to collect us from Barcelona Airport.

Just wondering how the flight distance is calculated for claims . Since my flight was delayed/cancelled and diverted to Barcelona Airport and then being bussed to REUS , what distance would be used to calculate the claim?

    Regards, Footfall789

Shannon Reus is the flight purchased so thats what counts

    Thats a valid EC261 claim
