Best option for heat pump install for plumber

Hi , I’m a qualified plumber who is not self employed. Im thinking of upgrading my existing boiler with a heat pump. I was obviously thinking of retro fitting the heat pump myself in in conjunction with an electrician.

Is it worth undertaking the work myself? I wont be eligible for the grant. Could it be an option to go on and do the heat pump course and register with SEAI and to avail of grant? Or just pay outright for everything and just complete work without trying to get grant or just simply employ a SEAI registered company to complete work and avail of grant.

would kinda annoy me to have to pay a plumbing company to complete work when I am a plumber myself but might be the cheaper option.

    what ye think?
