Antique Cut Glass Vase - any experts out there might comment please?

I have in my possession an old antique cut glass vase that family lore says dates from the 1930s or 1940s. It is 24cms in height. There is a large chunk broken off the rim - see attached images. With that damage it's worthless. Not worth much if perfect TBH.
