These homes will be available at a reduced price for buyers who are seeking to purchase a newly built home but need to bridge the gap between their mortgage and deposit to cover the full price of the home. The scheme will be aimed at first-time buyers (although some exceptions apply).

Must be a joke one bed in Balbriggan for 170k. Should be about 70k. Overpriced by 100k
