Traveling with sick child every couple weeks

Just a quick question for those who might know. My child has to get treatment in Dublin regularly as there isn't a gastroenterologist in Cork. Is there any way for me to get some sort of relief (tax or otherwise) regarding car journeys etc associated with the travel from Cork? Thank You

Just to update, in case anyone needs this info in the future, there is a tax adjustment made if you apply. https://www.revenue.ie/en/personal-tax-credits-reliefs-and-exemptions/health-and-age/health-expenses/additional-health-care-expenses-for-a-child.aspx#:~:text=Travel,that%20these%20visits%20are%20necessary.
