A solid piece of winter cycling gear from Galibier, I have an earlier version which wore well but want to move on some surplus bits. This is the 2020 version of the jacket.

If you have a look at the sizing on the Galibier website, the size charts are accurate. Sizing says I'm an XL in this jacket, and the XL fits

Based on my experience with the earlier version it does, and it's not Castelli race tight where you might need to size up from your regular size.
