Video multi track recording?

I come begging wisdom. in the past I've used audacity to record multitrack songs. the world seems to have moved on and folk seem to want all video now so, is there a video program (preferably free of course!) that will allow me to record video in a multitrack interface? for PC or Android Phone. thanks!
