On Desktop Select "Discussions" button on the top bar to the right of the big BOARDS.IE icon.
On Mobile go to the Homepage, select the "New Discussion"
Both options take you to the "New Discussion" page. Start by selecting the appropriate category, then add title, then add post.
You can create a post about absolutely anything but it saves a lot of time and moderation if you can place it in the appropriate category first.
