Paper return refund time

Hi I made a paper return not online form 11 tax return it came back saying there was overpayment. it said it will be delt with as soon as possible. No time frame was given. Anyone know how long it takes to issue a refund to my bank its been 6 working days now since they sent me it .

Why would you submit this by paper in 2023? There is no sense to Revenue refunds, it could take a day or it could take a fortnight.
