OK, this is a longshot. We are desperately trying to unlock my late mother's Samsung phone. Her Eir account hasn't been renewed since her death in Feb 2023, but we would dearly love to access her family photos on it and also her contact lists. Sadly, it's been PUK-locked and the original packaging has long since been discarded, so we have no access to the PUK or the IMEI number. Do any of you techies know of a way to get back into it?? I'm tearing my hair out this morning!!!

Sorry for your loss,you can get the imei number bu dialling *#06# on the phone

Sorry for your loss but isn't PUK locked only the sim not the phone , remove sim if that's the case .
