Travelling to US for 2weeks and Planning to get iPhone 15/15 Pro

I found the Pros and Cons for Now

    1. Pros: Slightly Cheaper
    2. Cons: Only eSIM Support

Any advises on this, Anyone who did the same thing help me decide on this

    Thank in advance.

eSim only means you are tied to Vodafone and Vodafone only in Ireland. They are pretty much the most expensive network and any savings you make on the handset will be devoured by your monthly fee.

Resale will also take a hit for the same reasons.

I bought an iPhone X Pro Max in Chicago. 13 months later it died. You get a 12 month warranty in the States and Apple refused to budge.

If you buy in EU you get at least 2year warranty and up to 6 years. (I think?)

Not sure about the UK since Brexit.

Maybe I was just unlucky but wouldn’t buy an iPhone in the States again.

You were unlucky. I have had several US iPhones and my daughter's current SE was also bought there. Never had any issues.

I probably was, prior to that I had bought 5 or 6 iphones in the USA for myself and other family members without any issues.

However, I think the shorter warranty is a big disadvantage.
