Is a Higher Diploma valid in other EU counties?

Hello! I need some help and advice from someone who has been studying a Higher Diploma in Ireland or some other country.

I am thinking of doing a Higher Diploma in Psychology. I already have an hons bachelors degree in business, because of that, in Ireland there is the possibility of doing this Higher Diploma in just 2 years. A kind of conversion course to change career.

My point is, as Psychology is a regulated profession, I don't know if another countries in EU would accept to revalidate this degree. As I dont know if I'm going to live in Ireland forever, I have this concern.

Has anyone had any similar experience even in another area of training?

    Thank you very much!
