Practicalities of new road for public transport, hgv etc using road tunnel to connect port tunnel

    What about a road tunnel under dublin from either heuston Station or around red cow to city centre, docklands and linking it to port tunnel? For public transport and hgv and vans that do need transport to get around ? It can be 24 hour unlike rail. No rolling stock to purchase? You wouldn't even have to get off your bus to go to airport and connect. Have serious bus interchanges around n7. Busaras , airport ... would there be merit in it ? The luas red line is a glacial farce. Create public transport only lanes on m50 at peak times...
