Cold tap pressure issue.

I have a grundfos pump on a pressured water system in my house. When i turn on the cold water taps there can be 3/5 second delay for the water to come out. This doesn’t happen every time more like 20/30% of the time when the taps are turned on. I don’t have the same issue with the hot taps. 

I’ve replaced the cold water pressure vessel and I’ve replaced the 1” europa non return valve from the pump to the hot water cylinder. 

Any thoughts on what else could be causing the issue.

Is the pumps set point (pressure) very low? Is it adjustable?

Any idea where I’d find this. Pump has been in use for 6/7yrs was never a problem up to about 3 months ago.

Grundfos pump & pressure switch for the well pressure vessel.

the pressure gauge rests between 1.5/2 bar and it cuts out at 2.5 bar after the well pump
