Is there anyone with a flush to wall drinker.

As in a knock a hole in a wall and mount in a drinker. Wall is only 6 inch block ?

I have something like that here. On one side of the shed we just left a hole in the wall with a concrete drinker outside the shed. The drinkers are positioned so that two pens can drink from the one drinker. There was an intention of closing up around the outside of the drinker, but it was never done, as they're on the sheltered side of the shed and there's no issue with weather blowing in. I'd describe them as a huge success. Every size and type of animal has used them without issue, and no dirt getting into the water. The concrete drinkers have since been replaced with plastic.

I have seen this done but I'm in a tight spot with a shed on each side and can't have drinker on each side.

I'll probably knock a hole in the wall and manufacture a drinker to fit and galvanise it.

Could you make up one with a 6" pipe cut in half and block the ends, and somehow put a ball valve in one end?

I’ve holes through shuttered walls in one shed and concrete drinkers outside. A great job. I’d be wary of doing the same with 6” blocks. You’d want a steel frame made up to support the remaining blocks/wall.

I have one in a 9" block wall in a pen in slats. Deep blue colour with access pipe directly over and flow activated by nose push. Small dished receptacle. There many years. Gets filled with s**t about 3 times over the winter - easily scooped clean with the water flow. I think they were called 'ceramic' - maybe ceramic coat on steel base.

I am seeing a couple if types of these online. A cast iron ceramic coated drinker.

I'll have a bit of measuring to do now. Thanks

Measured wall today and it 9".I thought it was 6" built on side.

Any pictures of your drinkers in wall?

See if my guntering level would manage 😊
