Advice: Buying a house in Enniscorthy

    I am thinking of buying a house in Enniscorthy, there are a few in my price range.

    Are there any areas to really avoid?

    A few properties currently on sale are in Moran Park, Gimont Avenue, Vinegar Hill, Pearse Road, Templeshannon, Friary Place and Court Street.

    Any of the above areas I should avoid like the plague ;), my budget is only 150k so I know I don't have a great lot of options, and I don't mind something that needs a bit of work but nothing major.

    Any advice on locations would be appreciated.
