Where to get my certificate of baptism, communion and confirmation?

I was baptised in London. Had the communion and confirmation here. How can I get proof that all of this stuff happened?

You need to contact the Parish involved.

Contact the parishes in which you were baptised, communed and confirmed. It will help considerably if you know the dates or approximate dates of these sacraments.
