What to do with Belted Galloways?

    Has anyone found a buyer for Belted Galloways?


    I have 3 Belted Galloway bullocks, great animals, I bought them as I was interested to see how they'd do .

    Next year they'll be right for kill. I'm wondering where to go with them.

    I could bring to large scale processor I presume, no clue how they'd value them. I'd prefer a smaller more niche end.

    I'd love to get more, if I could find somewhere to sell them I'd get replacements soon.

    Maybe try a few Irish restaurants.

    I had a butcher calling me looking for Dexter heifers for a restaurant a few weeks ago.
