    Hi all

    hope you can help

    I have recently bought a 2018 Nissan micra and I can’t seem to get CarPlay working I have downloaded the Nissan connect app and when I put in my vin number it doesn’t recognise it.

    when this didn’t work I decided to try update the map that is already installed in the cad as the only reason I was getting the CarPlay was because the pre installed map doesn’t recognise a lot of road I use

    I googled videos on how to update the map and the option to update it in my car


    please would anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this
