Smart heating controls help needed

    But lost here lads. Have renovated a house and second fix plumbing and electric bearing the end now. Wanted the hive heating controls and thermostats. We have two spaces wired for thermostats on the walls upstairs and downstairs. It's a 3 zone heating system.

    What exactly do we need for the hive system? Lad in builder providers quoted 290 for the standard 3 zone heating system and was over 600 for the smart one he had as he said we would need motorised valves for it but surely we have motorised valves for the 3 zone anyway? Completely lost here and don't want to install a standard one when we could easily have had the hive.
