Straining Post - Galvanised Pipe

    A job I finished today. This is a 3" Galvanised Pipe used as a fence strainer. My first time doing this, but it seems to be fine. Someone recommended it to me.

    I like these ratchet type wire strainers as they last forever. You have to remove a few barbs from the wire first, but that's easy enough. Just wind off with a pliers.

    It's a perimeter fence, hence the 4 wires. There's a big drop on the other side to a house driveway that is only feet from the main N18 road.
