U value of double glaze windows

Hi is it possible to find out U value of double glaze pvc windows. Don’t know who fitted them think they were installed about 15 years ago approx? Anyone have an educated guess? Appear to be in very good condition and seals all in good nick. Just wondering is it worth upgrading them? See pictures attached thank you

u value around 2.2 i would guess.
double glazed 16mm gapair filled pvc frame, probably has a low e coating if made after 2005.
