N26 (Standard Account) debit card abroad?

    Has anybody used a N26 (standard account) debit card in USA?

    Not for cashback, just for paying for stuff.

    I find no information on their site about this for Standard Accounts. There's an article online regarding Premium accounts but I have Standard Account.

    There's an account type comparison page but it only shows that you can't do ATM withdraws and cashback with a Standard Account.

    The basic account uses MasterCard which supports internationally payments. Just make sure you have "payments abroad" activated (under card settings in the N26 app).

    To be on the safe side no harm having a second card (i.e., credit card or Revolut) just in case.

    Not in U.S. but in China, Japan and Africa, found it excellent tbh
