Biodiversity areas and Forestry setback around Ireland

I'm living in a house that's bounded on two sides by Coillte forestry.

There's approx 60m around the house which is felled and set aside as a biodiversity area.

My question is will this just be allowed grow to natural forestry?

Will the setback rules apply here? I'm happy to have a biodiversity area around my house I'm just concerned that as it grows I'll be suffering from the same problems the setback rules were supposed to overcome eg houses being isolated, no light, risk of trees falling, fire etc.

    Any ideas on this?
