    Hi,

Anyone any experience getting benefits from a long-term contract that is really employment. If you've been working, on contract (no benefits, time only) for a company?

Or indeed any case information ob disguised emplyment?

    TIA

You are going to have to make that post legible if you want people to answer.

If you are saying "has anyone ever forced an employer to give them the benefits of being an employee despite the existence of a contract / service agreement to the contrary" then yes.

However, be prepared for the Revenue to treat all your "fee income" under the contract as PAYE, retrospectively.
