Hi all , Was wondering what the appearance policy is for Ryanair Cabin crew. Thinking of going for it myself but I have long hair as a male (shoulder length) and not sure what the stance is in Ryanair , if a bun would be fine or does it have to be cut.

Also what are the base transfers like? Heard some bad stories from pilots having a hard time getting transfers back home so wondering how it is for Cabin crew.

Not sure about Ryanair but Aer Lingus will be opening up recruitment soon for Cabin Crew and longer hair is allowed once tied up so a bun etc would not be an issue. I would assume longer hair wouldn't be a problem with Ryanair either.
