Boiler cutting out

    Howdy Folks…

    My 2 year old boiler is cutting out after a few mins. It’s connected to a hive receiver to switch on. It’s switches on fine and then after about three mins it cuts out…

    All hive devices connected and online

    bottom Green light on Receiver flashes

    Any idea why this would happen?

    Cutting out with an error or just stopping providing heat? What circuit is it trying to heat - central-heating, or hot water cylinder, or both?

    just cutting out. No error. Not that I can see. Was trying to hear hot water. But have switched it on Heat and hot water. the boiler is a 2 year old worcester green star 24i

    So it’s a gas boiler, what does it say on the display when it has cut out and immediately before that?

    Howdy I think I got it sorted... it was the app settings on hive... thanks for the replies...
