Empty room/space to rent as an artist studio this autumn

    Hi, I'm a professional oil painter and I spent last year in Ireland making some new work up until April when my visa ended. I'm planning to get back to Dublin where my supplies are and get a studio space back up and running, just looking for an empty room that I could rent from someone for 4 months? I got lucky and found an empty office on lower leeson last autumn and it was a great spot, but I can certainly make any empty space work potentially. If anyone has, or knows somebody has, a Dublin room/attic/office/storage room/whatever (doesn't have to be fixed up or clean) and wants to make a few hundred a month, I would love to chat with you. I suppose the smallest I could work in would be 20ftx20ft, always like to get some distance from the paintings to see them. Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it
