Paediatric occupational therapist

Any recommendations for a paediatric occupational therapist? My daughter has a physical disability and we need an assessment for both car adaption recommendations and we need input from an OT on a social housing application. Our community OT is useless and has only seen her twice in 8 months. Thanks
