Eircom ETU/Telecom box question

Hi folks I just got SIRO installed and the Actavo engineers didn't exactly leave everything as they found it, Electricity meter box wasn't closed and the smaller ETU/Eircom box below it similarly not closed. Does anyone know what standard these three pin 'locks' follow? Can I get a key that will fit them for the purpose of making sure it's closed securely?

Can you not twist the locks with a small screwdriver or two?

I tried this, the plastic is very soft and flakes whenever there's friction against it, and the 'screws' don't turn. It definitely seems designed for a specific tool to open and close them.
