    Hi All

    Looking for a bit of advice

    My husband started a new job last year - Oct - temporary until Feb. He is still in the job to date, submits his time sheets and gets paid every week by the agency. No issues there whatsoever and the company are happy to let that continue

    However he has now landed in hospital and we don't know how long for. We are going to assume that he won't be paid for this time (haven't asked) off so will send in a IB1 form - I will pick one up later. Would he need to get the agency to complete part of this or the company - he doesn't really want them to know the full details of why he is in hospital.
