Can anybody confirm the below query

I am due to pay rental tax for 3 months of a property as its now sold. Can i declare the full value i the white goods. normally its 1/8

    Eg

Total value 800, normal 12 months it would be 100. As its three months is it 100 * .25 ?

    TIA

You can claim the full one-eighth.

Plus, if you have, or acquire, another rented residential property so that you have rental income in future years, you can continue to claim the capital allowances as deductions in relation to the rental income from that property for the balance of the eight-year period.
