Ottoman bed sinking

Hi there switched the mattress on our ottoman and recently and whilst in between mattresses closed the frame - didn’t know this a big no no! bed frame is now misaligned with one side higher than the other and it also seems too far forward / it keeps missing the footboard when being closed which is resulting in the bottom…

Hi there

anyone come across this before and have any idea how to fix it?
