Ottoman bed sinking

Hi there switched the mattress on our ottoman and recently and whilst in between mattresses closed the frame - didn’t know this a big no no! bed frame is now misaligned with one side higher than the other and it also seems too far forward / it keeps missing the footboard when being closed which is resulting in the bottom…

Hi there
switched the mattress on our ottoman and recently and whilst in between mattresses closed the frame - didn’t know this a big no no!

anyone come across this before and have any idea how to fix it?
