Budget tablet for maths, taking notes and reading PDFs

I can't afford one of the top of the range Ipads sadly. I have ruled out getting something like a Remarkable. Do you have any recommendations for a budget tablet that is responsive and suitable for maths workings, taking notes and reading PDFs? One of the models I came across was the Lenovo Tab P11 Pro Gen 2.
