Nintendo repair return stuck in UPS Warehouse

    Nintendo sent me an -email saying my repaired joy-cons were going to be delivered by UPS by end of day on Wed 23rd August. Ups tracking stated the same.


    However, I received an e-mail today from UPS stating the following, “The package is in a secure facility pending clearance or resolution”. Tracking now just says in warehouse and there is no confirmed date for delivery.


    Is this normal? Has anyone had any experience of this happening? Thanks
