Looking at a 2000W (Power Input) 230V table saw and have found one in Poland for cheaper than it can be got here.

I know the plug will need an adapter but will there be any issues with running it using a 13A EU to UK plug adapter?

No problem at all. Wait till it arrives then either get and adapter plug or cut the existing one off and fit a 13Amp square pin plug.

Wake me up when it's all over.

Around 5 or more amps (around 1150W) would be my limit for an adapter socket, it's better to replace it with a standard UK BS plug for sure.
