Buying Premium Bonds

I said I'd separate this from the prizebonds thread. How would one buy premium bonds, living in Ireland. Briefly looking online there, I seem to get an NS&I. I assume that's the equivalent of a prsi number. Any suggestions? I have an uncle living in Coventry, he said I can use his address.

If you mean uk premium bonds you can't buy them here. I know someone who asked and was told it was illegal. So I would imagine using someone else's address would be some sort of fraud.
I don't KNOW that just guessing.
