    A similar program was made a while back about the folk in Monaco. Both were carnivals of vulgarity and simply prove the point that money can't buy you happiness.

    Very true

    also I think it points out that all the recommendations we are pedaled to change our ways and recycle etc are great offset by the waste they create.
